Collecting Customer Information
If you make an enquiry or use our services we will add your email, phone number and postal address, along with a few other details, such as what type of client you are and what type of entertainment you enquired about, to a file on our database. If you are an Artist or Supplier and reply to an enquiry we make with you by giving us a quote for your Act or Service we will also add details about what you provide, to a file on our Database. Any photos you send will be stored electronically.

What we do with your information
We use your information to keep up to date with the services we provide by way of e-marketing. We do not share your information with or sell it to any other company. If you are an Artist or Supplier we use your information to keep our clients/prospective clients up to date with Services we provide by way of e-marketing, proposals and brochures. We may also include details of your Act/Service on our website, Twitter feed, Facebook and Google advertising. We do not advertise or share your personal information or contact details with prospective clients, or sell any of your details to any other company. However if we secure a booking for you we may on occasion need to provide your name and mobile number to the Client for use in the day of the event only.

Right to see what information we hold
To request access to see any information that we hold about you, we require that you submit your request in writing to info@q20theatre.co.uk or to the postal address shown on our Contact page.

Opting Out

If you do not wish to receive our e-marketing correspondence, please send an email to info@q20theatre.co.uk using the subject heading of 'opt out of e-marketing' and we will ensure that you do not receive any further communication from us. If you are an Artist or Supplier and do not want us to keep your details on our Database then you can also request for them to be removed. However, removing your details from our files would mean that we would be unable to promote your Act/Services to our clients/prospective clients either on our website or within th ebrochures or e-marketing we send out.

By booking our entertainers for your events we believe you have an interest in our performers. We hope you find our occasional emails useful. Please fill out the form on this page with your details if you wish to OPT IN and continue receiving communcation from Q20.
